Class Descriptions:
  • JAZZ - Patrick’s jazz style fuses elements of old school foundations with commercial flare. Patrick’s uplifting style of teaching will usually begin with a warm up with a focus on cardiovascular exercises, stretching and strengthening, and proper alignment. This class tends to range from across the floor progressions, center floor exercises to refine jazz technique, and commercial jazz choreography. In a Jazz Funk class setting, Patrick focuses on the important and universality of weight transfer, directional change, and how to properly walk leading through your hips. Patrick keeps the energy fun and easy going, but challenges the quality of performance through enhancing confidence and intentionally engaging your eyes
