Lyndsay Marie Farias was born & raised in Hawaii and is a true island girl at heart who has fallen in love with city life. She attended Mid Pacific Institute School of the Arts where she began her dance training. She moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, and in less than 4 years she graduated with a 4.0 GPA with Summa Cum Laude honors. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and graduated number one in her class in the Letters, Arts, and Sciences Department of USC. While in school she expanded upon her classical dance background by training at top studios in LA, such as The Edge, Millennium, and Debbie Reynolds, and was a member of USC’s Dance Repertory Company to maintain her foundational technique. Her dance career started when she signed with DDO Artists Agency upon graduating.
With DDO, Lyndsay booked jobs in a range of platforms of the entertainment industry, including commercial & print campaigns, tv promos, live shows, music videos, fitness-based ads & instructional videos, and made top 15 in a nationwide Chanel Model Search. Her experience working with renowned industry leaders, like Marguerite Derricks, Rich & Tone Talauega, and Eddie Garcia coupled with her first-hand knowledge from auditioning on camera with the major commercial & print casting directors equip her to guide and inspire artists on their path to a successful career.
Her passion for fitness & fashion have also excelled her career & the direction of MTA. While dancing professionally, she earned her certification as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her years of experience as a trainer & fitness fanatic have allowed her to create a network of relationships at LA’s elite fitness studios, which lay the foundation for elevating MTA’s Fitness & Sports Division to new levels.
Her vision for the agency is to capitalize on the trifecta of dance, fitness, & fashion by marketing a streamlined selection of high-end clientele, always evolving with the industry’s needs & trends. Her method involves a concentration on relationships, individualized attention, & fashion forward presentation to connect clients with casting, production, ad agencies, and artists that are on brand to maximize opportunities across the board. Her expertise in both dance & fitness allow her to provide a uniquely high level of service that is personalized for every client. This hands-on approach has contributed to MTA’s stellar reputation.
In late 2015, Lyndsay was made Partner at MTA and is responsible for the overall development of the Dance, Fitness, and Commercial & Print #GlamSquad Divisions.
