Danielle Sten and Lance Guillermo co-founded On the DL in 2008. Together they travel across the country and overseas to teach workshops and master classes, and choreograph unique compositions. With Danielle's boundary pushing contemporary work, and Lance's preservation of the original street styles of hip hop, On the DL creates movement and beauty collaborative of two different dance techniques. Most recently, Danielle worked on an upcoming Disney Channel Movie "Teen Beach Musical 2" as Assistant Choreographer. Together, Lance and Danielle worked with music icon, Gloria Estefan, choreographing for and dancing in her music video, “Wepa”. They also performed with Gloria Estefan on "The View", "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Rosie Show", and Univision's Christmas show, "Nuestra Navidad". Other artists they have worked with include, Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, Ciara, Paula Abdul, and the world famous dance group, "Jabbawockeez". Their work has been showcased on SYTYCD, and in the Disney Channel’s original movie, “Lemonade Mouth”. They have also choreographed for television shows, “The View” and “Good Morning America” and for performances at the Joyce Theatre in New York City. Their work has been seen in shows in Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, Orlando, Florida and other parts of the country. Lance and Danielle are faculty members at The Rage Box Dance Center.
