Randi Strong is best known for being a Top 5 Female Dancer on Season 5 of the FOX Hit TV Show “So You Think You Can Dance” and the accompanying 40 city national arena tour. On the show, Randi and her partner turned in one of the more memorable performances in the shows history; the infamous “Butt Dance” choreographed by Emmy award winning Choreographer Mia Michaels. The dance that was inspired by Randiʼs backside has lived on in SYTYCD history and was recently re-created on Season 9. It inspired Judge Nigel Lythgo to claim that he ‘still thinks about Randi’s rear.’ Although this is certainly an honor, Randi is much more than her bottom and is a multidisciplinary dancer and a top, in demand Choreographer. Dancing since the age of 3, Randi trained for over 15 years at Utahʼs famed ʻDance Clubʼ of Orem. In her many years of competing, she earned numerous titles including National Outstanding Dancer for the New York City Dance Alliance. Randi’s credits include Gilmore Girls, Fuller House, Nike, MOVE! Live on tour with Derek and Julianne Hough, The Voice, Christina Aguilera, Ariana Grande, NBC, FOX, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and 2002 Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony, just to name a few. Randi loves sharing her passion for dance and entertainment. It is undeniable as soon as she hits that stage.

As a Choreographer and Dance Teacher Randi has coached and choreographed some of the best rising talent on todayʼs competition scene. Randiʼs Choreography and Coaching has lead many dancers to top titles and even National Championship awards, including National Outstanding Solo Dancer and Outstanding Choreography for Senior Group Line. Randi has choreographed for corporate clients such as Nike, Nu Skin, and also for music videos, live touring shows, special events and award shows in Los Angeles.
